Automatic Object Detection for 3D Medical Images

My project is about object detection for 3D medical images based on different image modalities. It is an important step for further image processing in medical image analysis. I firstly implemented the detection task using YOLO v5 algorithm on 2D cochlea images and got very good results. Then it’ll be implemented on different 3D medical images.
